Yes, all our pets are microchipped, which means protection for you and for your pet.

Our two breeds of choice are the Pomeranian and the Border Collie. These two different breeds were chosen for their intelligence, good health, recognition, and social acceptability. We have been blessed with healthy puppies who are well on their way to becoming completely trained, house broken and socialized to become wonderful companions.

Immediate availability of a particular gender largely depends on when you  initially reach out to us. However, I truly believe that it is up to the owner preferences. Both males and females can be wonderful companions, some people just have a preference for one gender or the other. If you desire a particular gender that isn’t immediately available, we can put you on a list to be contacted as soon as we can fill your request.

Yes, all of our puppies are AKC registered.  The parents are AKC registered.  You will need to submit your AKC registration to AKC to specifically register your puppy to you with your name of choice.

Our puppies are raised within our home as members of our family.  Our puppies begin to be socialized from birth, and we start paper training or going outside as soon as they are mobile.

Dog parks can be a nice play to take your dog but consider these things in picking your dog park.  Does everyone watch their dog like you do yours?  How many other dogs will be in the same area at the same time as yours?  Does your dog play nicely with others.  Are the other dogs vaccinated and up to date on their shots? 

This answer is different for each dog, consider what your dog’s interest are.  What events or training is there for you within a driving range your comfortable with.  Does your dog enjoy being around other dogs?  I recommend  getting out there checking out a variety of events find out what you and your dog enjoy. Most events are tailored for a variety of dogs sizes. 

A good place to start for the list of events is at AKC.org . You can also look at some of the abbreviations for titles to and use that to research the variety of activities you and your dog can enjoy. As far as how do you sign up .   I like to use https://infodog.com/?  It is really nice to be able to check out shows or events in your area of interest.  What type of events, closing dates prices and even allow you to register through them.

For training you can google any training sites.  If you are close by the breeder could probably help you with that. Speak with any local veterinary to see if they know of anyone or any local clubs.

We have begun feeding our dogs using a Raw diet plan.  We work with a company that provides organic and some non-organic meat to provide a variety for our dogs.  We supplement this raw meat diet with rib bones, drumsticks and turkey necks as well as fruits and vegetables to give our dogs a well rounded diet that additionally provides good dental hygiene

We do use DNA testing on our dogs in an effort to minimize any potential genetic issues.

Typically, I let my puppies go to their new homes between 8 and 12 weeks, but never before 8 weeks.
